Ingredients
6 large ears of fresh corn
Butter, salt to taste

Procedure

Place your corn in a pot and Cook for 15 minutes.
Do not open the lid until its done
Serve hot and season to taste with butter and salt

  • Butter, salt, and chile powder, to taste

Procedure

  1. Bring 2 quarts (8 cups) of water to a boil in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Strip the corn of its husks and silky strings and place the ears in the boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve hot and season to taste with butter, salt, and chile powder.

Serves 6.
