Eastserve goes out to tender

Eastserve have now gone out to tender in an attempt to broaden the network, it is hoped that it will cover all of Manchester. Manchester city council want a citywide network and this is how they plan to achieve it

Eastserve seems to be suffering from poor customer service and other broadband companies offering better deals, for Eastserve to survive it needs new customers mainly because they have now gone commercial and can't rely on funding. Bringing in a new partner is the only way this can happen
