Downloading Problems

Somethings wrong with my connection. Surfing the net is ok, but
when i go on youtube videos will just stop. Same when streaming
anyother video. Downloads stop after a while aswell and don't
resume. Its been like this for the past 6months. Im fed up.
I remember when i could use youtube with no problem
Is anyone else getting lots of spam in their eastserve email file. I am getting about 30-40 a day and they are all junk mail. Any ideas how I can stop them?
I really dont know whats happened to eastserve but its been a pleasure to connect now ?its been like this for months since tony sorted out the access point and changed it.After years of having a terrible connection i now have a connection that isnt to bad now and now im thinking of upgrading my connection speed im that pleased with eastserve and their service is getting very good eept for the woman on the front desk who needs a (personality) transplant and stop playing games on the companies computer while customers are in the front office? the asian guy is very polite and helpful .

After years of problems from eastserev i now have a connection that works and is reliable since they moved my acess point over.I dont know whats happened over the last few months at eastserve but i know quite a few people are now happy with the service.Its the first time that ive had a full months troublefree connection from eastserve from the very first day they arrived in east manchester..At last we may well be getting a decent service and ISP .to whoever is sorting the problems out now "Well done"

Im not going to trek down to the office again. They were no help last time i had a problem.

The Service is absolutely poor. I emailed eastserve and got 1 reply. Asking for my house number and postcode. Not had a reply since.
Never had a problem myself, been with them from day one. Always been helpful and advised well. I did have a problem with my router once and they sorted straight away, said it was interfering with my connection.
Mind you I am on the top speed.
Keep up the good work Eastserve!
